These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern your purchase of digital guides from Vitae. By purchasing a guide, you agree to these Terms.
Products
- Our products are digital PDF guides and online content delivered electronically
- You will receive access immediately after payment is confirmed
Pricing & Payment
- Prices are displayed in GBP, USD, and EUR
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes (e.g. VAT, sales tax)
Refunds
- Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final
- We do not offer refunds unless required by law
Access & Accounts
- When you purchase, you will receive access to your guide(s) via download link and your Vitae account (if you create one)
- Access is for personal use only. You may not share, distribute, or resell our guides
Intellectual Property
- All content, guides, and materials are owned by Vitae
- You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only
Limitation of Liability
- Our guides are educational only and not a substitute for professional medical advice
- Vitae is not liable for any damages arising from your use of our content
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom (or insert your jurisdiction if different)
